Dear Supplier,
The Procurement organization has just launched an Enterprise Supplier
Performance Scorecard as a part of its Driving Excellence Program. This new
scorecard is an improved tool to view how you are performing. You will now be
graded on many aspects of the business, which include Commercial Wavelength,
Quality, Delivery, and Service Parts/Aftermarket Sales.

document located above.
